Offsite Visual Storage as
Digital Video Recorder
During regular hours (Disarm mode), Offsite Visual Storage
can be used as a Visual Recording & Management tool.
Recording takes place whenever there is movement in a
selected area of interest. The recorded images are
automatically sent to a remote video storage server at the
secure, tamper-proof environment of the service provider.
You can check the recorded images at your convenience by
logging onto the server via the internet from anywhere in
the world, 24/7.You are informed immediately by e-mail/SMS
with attached video clip whenever there is activity at your
premises, so that you can see what is going on and be kept
in the picture, no matter where you are. |
Offsite Visual Storage as
Video Alarm Verification
After office hours, or when you’re away from home (Arm
mode), Offsite Visual Storage can be used for Video Alarm
Verification.
When there is movement in a selected area of interest, the
recorded images are automatically sent to your storage
server as described above. In parallel, you are sent notice
of an alarm by e-mail with image attachment and/or SMS and
can view the images to visually verify the alarm and if
necessary take appropriate action.
Optionally, an alarm signal is also sent to your alarm
monitoring station in parallel with the video transmissions,
where the Operator can visually verify the alarm in real
time and take the appropriate action. |
Utilizing MemoCam® Technology
The Offsite Visual Storage solution utilizes the
award-winning MemoCam® technology:
Recording is triggered by Video Motion Detection, and/or
Passive Infra Red detection, or external dry contacts.
Whenever recording is triggered, the recorded images are
automatically transmitted via the TransComm (internet
gateway) to the remote Video Storage Server. Images are time
& date stamped using a proprietary protocol for security.
